As an Executive Coach, her objective is to assist clients and their employees maximize their unique performance potential. A frequent public speaker, Mary is the co-author of Equity Checking: Managing Assumptions to Achieve Organizational Success and has been published in Profiles In Diversity, Black Enterprise Magazine, The Works and the Chicago Tribune. She is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Elmhurst College Center for Business and Economics.
Mary believes that tapping into the human spirit is the basis for creating outstanding performance at all organizational levels. Equity Checking, a powerful tool for examining the impact of assumptions on the critical business choices is the foundation of her consulting practice. Most recently she was invited to facilitate at the Assembly of 400 for World Peace Conference in Monserrate, Spain. The Assembly focused their discussions on the issues of religious motivated violence, refugee status, water rights and debt relief in the global community.
Dr. Stewart Pellegrini has filled faculty and administrative positions at Harvard University, Boston University and Bates College and served as a consultant to the American Council on Education, Office of Women in Higher Education. She received her Ph.D. with honors from Boston College in Massachusetts and a M.S. in Adult Education from Indiana University. She served on the State of New Jersey’s State of New Jersey Joint Assembly Task Force on the 21st Century during the administration of Governor Tom Kean. She is a member of the Downer’s Grove Chamber of Commerce, the Naperville Chamber of Commerce and the National Speakers Association.
